Tax Deductions for Real Estate Agents

The focus of my firm from the very start has been to assist real estate agents and their clients. In keeping with this, I've made a list of possible tax deductions that agents may find helpful. Keep in mind that just because something is on the list, that does not mean it's automatically deductible. Also, just because you don't see a certain expenditure on the list, that does not mean it's not deductible. This list, however, is a good place to start if you're thinking about tax deductions for your real estate sales business.
